REMANAGE Enterprise is our flagship property management software and is currently the only PMAS product built on the Microsoft® .NET platform incorporating an SQL database. FLEXIBLE DEPLOYMENT OPTIONS

Remote users can access a central database using the standard configuration tools built into the Enterprise platform or use any variety of connectivity options. Remote offices can run independently, updating the main office periodically using REMANAGE's built-in Remote Site capabilities. Simply choose the configuration that works best for your organization.

Hosting Options:
	Your SQL server at your site (you will be responsible for backups, security, maintenance, and software updates).
	COLO - host your software at your service provider's location on a contract basis. Your provider handles backups, security, maintenance and software updates, providing you with error logs.
	Secure hosting of your data at the REMANAGE site on a contract basis. We handle backups, security, maintenance and software updates, providing you with error logs

EASY TO USE

REMANAGE's Windows-based design, lease-based structure, and intuitive process flow methodology makes the program simple to learn...especially for non-accountants! A benefit of REMANAGE's underlying Microsoft framework is that multiple windows can be open at the same time. For instance, you could have the main screen, a property record, a lease record, and a tenant record all open at once. You can then view and edit these windows side-by-side, instead of having to switch back and forth as required by DOS programs. The user interface may be customized by individual users, making it even easier the access the features they use the most.

LEASE-BASED STRUCTURE

REMANAGE is a lease based system. A lease-based system is generally considered to be a superior PM architecture that corresponds more closely to the normal workflow of property management. The vast majority of competing products are unit based structures, which are often the result of legacy technology platforms which are less able to handle some of the more complex background calculations and data structures that newer technology allows. REMANAGE's lease based architecture is one of the primary reasons that our software is more powerful, flexible, and easy-to-use than any other product on the market.

The Online Help System is launched by clicking an icon on the software interface, and allows you to easily consult with the most up-to-date product information available through your Internet connection.
